This event is put on yearly by the Home Builders Association of Northwest Michigan https://hbagta.com.  It is a four-day event showcasing new and remodeled homes throughout the region. Builders/contractors are on site each day to answer visitors' questions. OMWC club members work 2-hour shifts in our designated home, located at 15722 Waters Edge Drive, Old Mission Peninsula, each of the four days selling tickets, checking in visitors who have already bought tickets and answering general questions before visitors enter the home.
